CATERING & FOOD SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. Parties & Contact

2. Event Schedule & headcount

The Provider shall supply food, beverages, and service for the event scheduled on:

Service Time: 18:30
Guaranteed Headcount: 75 guests

3. Fiscal Terms & Deposit

The total service value, payment allocation schedules, and balance terms are outlined below:

Total Order Value: $4,500
Required Deposit (50%): $2,250
Balance Due Date: 7 days prior to Event Date (2026-06-13)

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Client reserves the right to terminate this agreement. However, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event date shall receive a full refund of all deposits.
Cancellations within the 72-hour window are subject to the forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.

5. Digital Acceptance & Signature

By signing below or submitting through the digital gateway, the Client accepts the terms and rates specified above:
